Boarding School Staff

We are looking for someone who excels at recognizing and meeting the needs of young people, naturally builds good relationships with youth, and is a clear and fair leader at the same time.

You are welcome to have a degree in social work or equivalent, but this is not a requirement. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

The hiring process is therefore more extensive than for most other jobs. You need to provide at least ten relevant references (preferably already in the application) and be prepared to participate in three rounds of interviews (depending on how far you progress in the process).

The position is a permanent employment (after a probationary period of 6 months).

Ekebyholm School was founded in 1932 and is one of the oldest Christian independent schools in the country. The education is based on a Christian foundation. This means that we work in a particularly conscious way with the values described in the curriculum, and we aim to train our students to become independent thinkers.

The boarding school, which is for students attending high school at Ekebyholm, has been dormant for a while and is now being restarted, with new rules and routines. We would like you to take an active role in developing the activities at an early stage. In a personal letter, you are welcome to specify which abilities and experiences you believe could be of particular benefit.
