About us

Mora Park Foundation is a non-profit organization that operates a school and LSS residences for children and youth with various functional variations.

Mora Park's LSS residences offer accommodation for children and youth according to 9§8 LSS in two beautiful natural locations, Järna and Hölö. We have 4 residences where the children and youth live full-time until they have completed primary school/high school.

WORK TASKS

Your role is to be an important part of the everyday life for our children and youth with functional variations. You will provide support in areas such as care, hygiene, activities, cooking, and skill training for increased independence.

Our way of working is based on low-arousal approach and positive behavior support, so it is important that you feel comfortable and radiate calm and security even in unpredictable situations.

Qualifications

• Good ability in Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Experience with documentation.
• Experience working in care and support

Meritorious

• AAC and low-arousal approach.
• Worked with complex support needs.
