Personal Assistant Wanted for Woman in Malmö (approx. 67%)

We are looking for you who are interested in working with a 36-year-old woman with Rett Syndrome, living in Malmö.

She uses a wheelchair but can stand and move with support, so it is important that you as a personal assistant have the physical ability to provide support. The user requires assistance around the clock and only wants female assistants.

The tasks can be very varied as they depend on the user's needs. Fundamentally, tasks will include household chores and personal care, but also accompanying to daily activities and other outings. The work can be very active. It will also involve documentation during work.

It is a requirement that you speak Swedish fluently to help the user communicate with the outside world in a smooth way.

It is advantageous if you do not smoke.

As a person, it is important that you are attentive and empathetic. Important qualities since the user communicates with pictures and eye pointing. If you are open to alternative methods of communication and willing to learn more, it is a big advantage. As a person, you should enjoy working with people and be able to build relationships as it is an important part of your work.
