Varied and Challenging Summer Job!

We are seeking new colleagues and summer substitutes for our assistant groups in Kalmar

Are you a woman, speak and understand Swedish very well, and are looking for a meaningful, varied, and mobile job? Then this could be the job for you!

As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of the daily life for individuals with physical disabilities. You are there as a helping hand and support in both big and small tasks. The job duties vary and may include personal hygiene, transfers, and household work such as cooking, baking, cleaning, and laundry. For some clients, gardening work also occurs.

The work also involves accompanying clients to work and other activities, which means you sometimes need to be able to "just be" and be available. Driving is part of the role, for example, during trips to and from work, errands, and outings – therefore, a driver's license is a requirement.

Working hours are primarily scheduled around the clock with some waiting time and follow a rotating schedule. If you have the opportunity to start working immediately as a temporary substitute and step in during the absence of regular staff, it is greatly appreciated.
