Treatment Staff for the Training Residence Kabit

KABIT is a privately owned company operating in the field of residential care and supported housing.

You have experience working with children/adolescents/adults in a human service profession. We see that you have knowledge in the area of neurodevelopmental variations. At KABIT, we have extensive collective expertise regarding social issues and neurodevelopmental variations (NDV). Our knowledge and experience are used to individually adapt and tailor interventions for each youth and family, regardless of the form of support. This creates opportunities for lasting change.

We are based on a systemic foundation, have a solution-focused mindset, use low-arousal approaches, and are experts in functional variations. We tailor solutions that fit the youth and their family.

We have created smaller residential care units with home-like conditions, consisting of five to six places for children/adolescents aged 10-19 years. We also have a Training Residence operation that is staffed around the clock. Within the Training Residence, we offer individually adapted solutions in apartment living with varying levels of support based on the youth's needs and conditions.

We are now seeking a colleague for the Training Residence, which is our supported housing facility. The target group of the operation is girls and boys aged 16-20. Due to group composition, we prefer female applicants.

We are now looking for you who are engaged, driven, stress-tolerant, have the ability to work independently and in a team, and have a solution-focused perspective.

You should be responsible and organized, with strong collaboration skills. You will support the youths in daily tasks, during activities, set boundaries when needed, and work motivationally. It is required that you are a secure and stable person in yourself with great patience. You need to have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Documentation regarding the youths' development is done in Journal Digital, so it is of great importance that you can express yourself well verbally and in writing. We work with key worker systems where the key worker has a central role for the youth regarding treatment plans, treatment conversations, and planning. We have external supervision continuously and provide further training for staff in TMO.

We work with a 6-week schedule, and the position includes on-call nights and service during days, evenings, and weekends.

Service rate approximately 90%. Start as soon as possible, and applications will be handled on an ongoing basis.
