What does the job as a personal assistant involve?

As a personal assistant, you will support the user in daily situations, which may include personal hygiene, household chores, shopping, as well as accompanying them to activities and meetings. Your work is tailored to the user's needs and wishes, with the goal of promoting an independent and fulfilling life.

Qualifications

• Experience in care work or similar is meritorious, but not a requirement
• Personal qualities such as being humble, flexible, and attentive are what we are looking for
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
