At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. You should be quick to learn his routines and able to work with heart. You should be calm, reliable, and non-smoking. We prefer a female assistant nurse who is proficient in Swedish and Arabic. Full-time work during evenings/nights, but you should also be flexible with working hours occasionally.
