Personal Assistant

Funkiscoachen (A.E Group) helps individuals eligible for assistance to manage their own assistance. The employer has a collective agreement.

We are now seeking two personal assistants for a man with an acquired neck injury, paralyzed from the chest/shoulders.

The man needs help with his daily living around the clock.

Some interests that could be beneficial: Cooking, nature, sports, hunting & fishing, gardening, dogs & cats, farm animals (chickens, horses), creating/building, etc.

You should be comfortable working both independently and in a team.

Experience with similar disabilities is advantageous but not a requirement, as training is provided over time.

You should be able to work longer shifts. Scheduling is done approximately 8 weeks at a time. Shifts by agreement, day, evening, and night.

A driver's license B and access to a car are required to reach the workplace. The workplace is located near Stavsjö.

The positions are flexible in size with good opportunities for permanent employment. A 6-month probationary period applies.

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a clear advantage.
