Manager HVB Kolbacken 50%

Do you want to combine clear and present leadership with a strong treatment focus? We are now looking for an engaged and experienced manager for our HVB operation.

Kolbacken HVB is located north of Tierp in a rural and calm environment. We accept boys aged 13-17 with behavioral problems that negatively affect their health. This may involve youths who are in unsuitable environments, have committed isolated crimes, tried drugs, exhibit threatening or norm-breaking behavior. We accept placements according to SoL and LVU.

As manager, you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the operation is conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, permits, and quality requirements.

About the assignment

As manager, you are responsible for:

• ensuring work is conducted according to requirements and guidelines from IVO
• ensuring interventions are legally secure and of good quality
• documentation and systematic quality work
• collaborating with clients, authorities, and guardians
• reporting and dialogue with IVO and management
• ensuring the operation provides quality-assured and safe care and that the operation has appropriate staffing and competence based on the target group's needs

We are looking for you who meet the requirements to be approved as manager by IVO:

• Relevant university education (e.g., social worker, behavioral science education)
• Several years of documented experience working with the target group
• Experience in work supervision
• Good knowledge of the Social Services Act (SoL, LVU) and labor law
• Experience with systematic quality work and documentation
• It is advantageous if you have experience from method-driven operations where CBT has formed the basis
