Treatment Educator/Social Educator Wanted!

Kolbacken HVB is located north of Tierp, in a smaller community in a rural and calm environment.

We receive boys aged 13-17 with behavioral issues that negatively affect their health and development. This can involve youth who are in inappropriate environments, have committed isolated crimes, tried drugs, exhibit threatening or norm-breaking behavior.

The foundation of our working method is CBT with individual treatment elements that occur weekly and are carried out structurally with the help of conversations, training areas, and clear feedback.

Collaboration occurs continuously with school, social services, and care.

We are looking for you who have:

- a post-secondary education; social worker, behavioral scientist, treatment educator /social educator

- worked with youth with similar issues

- are secure, structured, and relationship-building

- have good collaboration skills, enjoy working in a team, and have a genuine commitment to change work

NOTE, we will only process applications where relevant post-secondary education can be demonstrated.
