About the position
We are seeking a new colleague for a 26-year-old man with autism who lives on Lidingö. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe and well-functioning assistance environment where structure, calm, and respect are central.
The work is always done with double staffing, meaning you never work alone. You work together with an experienced colleague who knows the routines well and is there for support. We introduce and train you on-site – therefore, your personality, maturity, and willingness to do a good job are the most important factors.
We are looking for you who:
- Are secure, stable, and have life experience
- Are responsible and see the importance of keeping promises
- Are punctual and appreciate clear working hours
- Enjoy routines and work meticulously
- Have a calm and respectful approach
- Are a woman, preferably 40+ (based on the user's wishes and need for security)
What the work involves
You will become an important part of the user's daily life and contribute to structure, security, and good quality of life. The tasks follow clear routines and are performed with care and continuity.
