We have a collective agreement and 24/7 on-call service.

All our managers have previously worked as personal assistants.

We are now looking for an assistant who can serve as relief as needed, and there may be opportunities for fixed shifts during vacation periods.

I am a 30-year-old woman who uses a wheelchair and has a power wheelchair that I can drive myself. I live alone in a centrally located apartment with good home adaptations and assistive devices.

My biggest interest is music and concerts, and I usually go away to camps a few times a year with my assistants.

With me, you work shifts and have sleeping on-call duties.

It is a big advantage if you are a bit creative and active but can still respect that I sometimes want to take it easy, for example, listen to music or watch movies.

Preferably female applicants as the role involves privacy-sensitive care.

The position requires a flexible work approach and that you enjoy working independently but also find it easy to function in a group.

The right personality is more important than having experience or being healthcare-trained. The most important thing is that we get along well.

However, it is meritorious if you have experience in assistance or healthcare.

Work hours vary throughout the day.
