Personal Assistants Wanted

We are now seeking several personal assistants for one of our clients for immediate employment.

Initially, we need staff for a full-time temporary position at the workplace, expected to start at the end of May and continue through June 2027, where it is considered highly likely to become a permanent position afterwards.

It is seen as advantageous if you are available as soon as possible for training and for the possibility to work during illnesses, etc., already now.

We are also seeking staff for a position expected to become vacant after the summer when the current assistant has applied for studies; for this position, it is also possible to work as a substitute during the summer.

We are also looking for hourly substitutes who want to work during the summer.

The working hours for both positions are either 08-15 or 15-21 on weekdays, with some weekend work.

Furthermore, we are also looking for you who have the opportunity to be available one day a week; perhaps you have retired but want to work a bit, or are studying and want to supplement your income. Then this workplace could be perfect for you.

Our client is a man with Parkinson's who needs support throughout the day; experience regarding Parkinson's or from healthcare is therefore meritorious.

Lifts and other aids are available on site; knowledge about this is meritorious.

Medication is administered via PEG; if you already have delegation in Varberg Municipality, this is meritorious.

We prefer that you are a calm and secure person who can maintain a good balance between supervision and giving our client space.

As a personal assistant, you are the client's arms and legs, and the work is adapted to the client's life.

We are looking for you who have a strong sense of responsibility; you should be resourceful and want to enrich the life of our client.

It is also important that you who apply are proactive, curious, and can take your own initiatives after training while respecting personal boundaries; chemistry between you and the client is a big part of the work.

A B driver's license is nearly a requirement to be able to get to the workplace, which is located just outside Tvååker.

We also wish that you are non-smoking and master the Swedish language both in writing and speech.

You who work with this man will help him in his daily life, with the home such as cleaning and cooking, manage hygiene, assist with medication, and apply supervision and support.
