The job is located in Finja.

Our member is a 30-year-old woman with autism, intellectual disability, epilepsy, and ADHD. She communicates only using pictures. In her home, we work with low-arousal approaches and careful structure to help her have a meaningful and functional daily life.

The work involves supporting her in daily life through various activities, routines, and taking care of the home.

Our member enjoys swimming, playing on an iPad, cooking, baking, and going on outings or just a drive in the car.

She is active and has a high pace, so it is important that you as an assistant are flexible and adaptable to make decisions and quickly adjust the day's planning.

We are seeking two assistants for two positions at approximately 82 percent. One position is a parental leave substitute. We are also looking for summer substitutes who can work according to a rotating schedule during the summer.

The work follows a rotating schedule with day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. We have double staffing. The schedule includes both awake nights and on-call nights.

A driver's license and access to your own car are required to get to the workplace, which is located just outside Hässleholm. During work shifts, we use the member's own car.
