I am a guy living in Kristianstad and I am a member of Blå Assistans because I want self-selected and self-managed assistance. Blå Assistans undertakes to be the employer for my assistants while I myself choose who I want them to hire. I schedule my assistance and decide the work content for the assistants. My organization strives for members, assistants, and administrative staff to have the competence required for their tasks.

Blå Assistans is a nationwide non-profit association run as a cooperative since 1994. The cooperative provides personal assistance in accordance with the intentions of the LSS law, which gives people with disabilities "the right to live like others." A personal assistant is a service profession that supports a person with a disability to live the life they want to live.

Your employment includes participating in training required by the employer.

I am a guy in my 30s with spina bifida, seeking you, preferably a guy aged 25 and above. The employment involves what is called an hourly employment. This means you should be able to step in when someone is sick or if one of my scheduled assistants wants time off. My interests are movies, history, writing and reading, and serial killers (no, I am not a psychopath but find this interesting)

I prefer that you have similar interests.

The schedule includes morning shifts from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM every day of the week and evening shifts from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM every day of the week.

I prefer that applicants live in Kristianstad since I ideally have the same assistant working morning and evening shifts.
