About the Job: Ranågården's short-term housing is a family-owned care company that started in 2019 and is located in Dvärsätt, 17 km outside Östersund. Starting from spring 2024, we also operate Avaviken Hostel and Conference in adjacent premises in the same building.

Ranågården offers short-term housing, support housing (SoL), and housing with special service (BMSS) for adults with mental health issues aged 21-74 and accepts placements from all over Sweden. The short-term and support housing can be an alternative for those in need of a shorter or longer stay, with staff present around the clock. The needs may be based on worsened mental well-being and that the individual currently cannot manage or cope with living in their own home, but needs support in their daily life from safe, experienced, and competent staff.

The job duties also include preparing and serving meals to our clients.

The company also operates a hostel in adjacent premises with corresponding job tasks.

At the workplace, social workers, treatment pedagogues, assistant nurses, nurses, and residential support workers work. We are a close-knit work team that helps each other. We are affiliated with Vårdföretagarna's collective agreement, Kommunal, Vision, Akademikerna, and Vårdförbundet.

Now we are looking for you who have life experience and preferably have previously worked in some form of care and nursing. Who is flexible and creative, solution-oriented and reliable, that you have the ability to work independently but also have good collaboration skills. As a person, you are ambitious and contribute to a good work climate, have a positive attitude, and are secure and confident in your role and in meeting our clients.

As a person, you are clear in your communication and structured in your work approach. You are attentive, have good pedagogical ability, and are good at motivating others.

You provide support and help that enable residents' choices to participate in various chores, activities, and social activities based on their wishes and possibilities.

Experience in psychiatry is meritorious, but great consideration is given to personal suitability.

The employment covers 75-100% during our vacation periods, possibly there is an opportunity for lower service by agreement. We work both day, evening, night, and weekends.

Job Task: Based on the client's implementation plan, actively work to support the client's needs and ability. The work includes practical chores present in the residence and at the workplace, such as support in skill training, medication management, and accompanying to leisure activities, etc.

Salary: Monthly salary

Employment: Temporary employment with possible extension opportunity.
