Temporary Substitute as Needed - Osby

I am a guy living in Osby and I am a member of Blå Assistans because I want a self-selected and self-managed assistance. Blå Assistans undertakes to be the employer for my assistants while I myself choose who I want them to hire. I schedule my assistance and decide the work content for the assistants. My organizer strives for both members, assistants, and administrative staff to have the competence required for their tasks.

Blå Assistans is a nationwide non-profit association run in cooperative form since 1994. The cooperative organizes personal assistance in accordance with the intentions of LSS, the law that gives people with disabilities "the right to live like others". Personal assistant is the service profession that supports a person with a disability to live the life they themselves want to live.

Your employment includes participating in training required by the employer.

We are looking for 1 person, preferably a guy 30+, who wants to work as a personal assistant and who can step in as needed, for example during the regular assistant's illness, vacation, or other absence. It is important that you as an applicant can work day, evening, night, weekend, and public holidays. Your tasks will be to assist our member with everything he cannot manage himself, which can range from assistance with dressing to accompanying him to various activities. It is important that you enjoy socializing with people, that you are positive, cheerful, and responsible.

The most important thing when working for our member is that the personal chemistry matches between you and our member. You as an applicant should be able to work any day of the week. You will receive a good introduction from the supervisor.

The shifts we are hiring for are set at 19:00-07:00; during the night, you are on call, which means you receive on-call compensation for 6 hours and active time for 6 hours.
