Residential Supervisor Hourly Employee

Hourly employees to cover for regular staff absences

Driver's license and access to a car is a requirement!

Mariagården is a social-therapeutic LSS operation with inspiration from Anthroposophy, located about two miles outside Umeå. We have five group homes and an extensive daily activity program. Mariagården has been run since 1964 by a non-profit employee association.

About the residence: As a residential supervisor, you provide our residents with the support they need in daily life through personal care and attention, and shape their leisure time and weekends. You offer support and assistance so that the residents can manage all the tasks that occur in a home. You support and enable the residents' choices to participate in social activities based on their wishes and possibilities. You provide continuity and security in the social environment. Work tasks include, among other things, written documentation and handling the chores in communal spaces and staff areas.

Are you the one we are looking for: You should be secure, calm, and able to work with low affectivity. You need to have a sense of order and structure. You will be part of a work team and therefore must be able to collaborate, work according to established routines, and communicate with others. We prefer that you have experience in similar work and that you have a caregiving education or equivalent. We place great importance on personal suitability.
