Personal assistants wanted for a lovely teenage girl!

We are seeking reliable and responsible female personal assistants for a cheerful teenage girl!

We are now looking for several assistants for daytime shifts (07:00–20:00) and awake nights (20:00–07:00). The work is scheduled on both weekdays and weekends, and is performed where the client is located. The work is done with double staffing, which means you always work together with a colleague.

Due to an increased number of assistance hours and a new schedule, there will be an opportunity to submit requests regarding how you want to work and what working hours you desire.

The client is a cheerful and lovely teenage girl who loves to bathe, listen to music, and play and have fun. As a personal assistant, you will support her in her entire daily life. Work tasks include among other things hygiene, tube feeding, medication, exercise, communication, and mobility. Previous experience in these areas is meritorious, but the most important thing is the right attitude and commitment. You will of course receive introduction and training in the tasks included in the work.

Working as a personal assistant means you make a real difference in another person's life. You become an important part of the client's daily life and get the opportunity to build a secure and meaningful relationship. Through your support, you contribute to increasing her quality of life and independence. At the same time, you get the opportunity for personal and professional development.

Work tasks

• Assist the client with daily care and routines
• Accompany her to school and leisure activities
• Support her in communication with the outside world

We are looking for you who

• Are a girl/woman and master the Swedish language well
• See this as long-term work
• Are open to learning to use sign language as support in communication
• Are non-smoking and do not have fur allergies
• Are outgoing, secure, and good at taking your own initiatives

We place great importance on personal suitability.

The position involves assistance to a child under 18 years, which means you need to be able to present an extract from the criminal records register without remarks. Please bring this already at the first interview opportunity.

Vacation compensation, shift differentials, and other salary supplements are added according to agreement.
