About the Position

We are now seeking personal assistants who want to work for our client in Roma on Gotland. The assignment involves a woman in her 70s who lives with her husband. The woman uses a wheelchair and has communication difficulties. Assistive devices are available on site. As a personal assistant, you help contribute to a safe, meaningful, and functional daily life. The work involves providing support in both daily routines and in what makes life more enjoyable.

Job Duties

As a personal assistant, you provide support based on the individual's needs and wishes. The job duties may include, for example:

• Assistance with personal care
• Support in daily household chores
• Accompanying on activities, errands, or leisure interests
• Being a social and safe companion in daily life

The work takes place where the user is located – at home or during activities outside the home.

The working hours are 9-17 and 17-22, both weekdays and weekends. Therefore, we prefer that you are flexible and available for these working hours. You should be able to start immediately.

Requirements for the position:

• You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• You have a driver's license and access to a car
• Ability to work flexible hours

Previous experience in personal assistance or in healthcare is advantageous, but personal suitability and attitude are most important. Introduction and any training are provided. You will start the employment with an hourly contract to get to know the client and job duties better. If the chemistry between you and the client works, there are opportunities to get a fixed schedule. We are looking for you who want to work full-time or part-time.
