Personal Assistants Wanted for 5-Year-Old Girl

Molnet Personal Assistance is an assistance provider for people entitled to personal assistance according to the LSS Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments. Our operations are characterized by flexible solutions with high quality, accessibility, and strong commitment to both clients and assistants.

We are now seeking assistants for a charming and mischievous little girl who is almost 5 years old. She lives with her mother, father, and two brothers in central Sollefteå. She attends preschool and has her assistants with her there during the day. When she is not at preschool, the assistants accompany her both at home and during various activities that the family does together. She cannot breathe normally, so she has a tracheostomy, and due to eating difficulties, she has a gastrostomy (button on the stomach).

You can be a girl or boy, your age matters less; what is important is that you are calm, orderly, reliable, patient, and responsible. You must be non-smoking and proficient in the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Knowledge of trach, PEG button, inhalation, and breathing machine is a plus but absolutely not a requirement.

You will need to provide an extract from the Police criminal records register; this is mandatory as the girl is a minor. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability during recruitment.

An introduction is always provided at the beginning of the position where you will learn everything you need to know. We want you who apply to intend to work with the girl long-term. The working hours will be 12 hours, double assistance, scheduled for either day or night.
