Personal Assistant Wanted as Temporary Substitute for a Woman in Visby

We are seeking you who are engaged, responsible, and professional in your approach and who want to work with people in a respectful and long-term manner.

About the Position

As a personal assistant, you provide individually tailored support to a person with a disability in their daily life. The work is carried out in the client's home and in other environments where the client is present. The tasks vary based on the client's needs and may include personal care, support in daily routines, transportation, and accompanying during activities and errands.

About the Client

The assignment concerns a woman in her 50s living in Visby. The need is primarily on weekends, but sometimes there may be needs on weekdays as well, so we prefer that you are flexible with working hours. The working hours are 08:30-19:00 with a 1.5-hour break at lunchtime. The working hours may change in the future.

There is also the possibility to work for multiple clients, either within the same locality or in different locations around Gotland.

Qualifications

We believe that you who are applying live in or near Visby to have the opportunity to work even short assignments. You have a structured and efficient working method and like order and tidiness. It is preferred if you have an interest in planting and gardening and like cats, as there is a cat in the home. It is meritorious if you have experience from healthcare or are studying something in healthcare and want an extra job related to your studies.

We are looking for you who:

• Are responsible, attentive, and have a professional attitude
• Respectful of the individual's integrity and self-determination
• Can work independently but also follow given routines
• Have experience from work in healthcare or are studying something in healthcare
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have a driver's license and access to your own car
• Have the ability to work flexible hours
• Are not allergic to cats

Previous experience in personal assistance or USK training is meritorious, but personal suitability and attitude are most important. With respect for the client's self-determination and personal integrity, we are only seeking female assistants for this assignment.

• Employment conditions according to collective agreement with Kommunal
• Individual salary setting, hourly wage by agreement
