Personal Assistants

We are now seeking personal assistants for several of our clients, primarily for summer temporary positions, but with many there are great opportunities for continued employment after the summer holidays, both as temporary hourly workers and more permanent positions with varying levels of responsibility.

Clients of all ages with very diverse needs. Work hours are scheduled throughout all hours of the day, morning, evening, night, and weekends.

What does a personal assistant do?

Being a personal assistant involves assisting a person in daily life. The assistant's role is to replace the functions that are impaired or missing in the person entitled to assistance. In some cases, you are the extended arm of the person entitled to assistance, in other cases you assist them in taking initiative for various activities.

LSS-Partner AB is a family-owned company that works for individuals with personal assistance. We are the formal employer for assistants, operate training activities, and provide advice and support to work supervisors and assistants. We are affiliated with KFO and have signed the applicable collective agreement. We currently have 40 clients and approximately 200 employed assistants.
