About Caleo Care

Caleo Care has been offering safe and individually tailored interventions for social services since 2012. We provide evidence-based, coordinated, and licensed treatment interventions in outpatient care and treatment activities in family homes, as well as emergency and foster care, based on our consultant-supported emergency and foster care. We offer licensed supportive housing for youth.

The Family Team is part of Caleo Care and started in January 2021. The team consists of an operational manager, an assistant manager, and a handful of coordinators with a team of therapists, family educators, and skill trainers. The Family Team aims for close and collegial work with social services to develop interventions that match real needs and provide support where municipal interventions are insufficient. The team is particularly focused on intensive and coordinated interventions for children and youth in the home and local environment. We also provide 24-hour care in and around Stockholm with support from Caleo Care's significantly enhanced emergency, foster homes, and family residences.

About the Position - Coordinator for Treatment Families and Intensive Structured Outpatient Care

With continued success and new initiatives for more target groups, our Family Team is currently growing rapidly. Despite recently recruiting another star to our team, we are seeking an additional colleague with specific competence in working with behavioral problems in children and youth, as well as skills in coordinating and leading treatment work in teams.

The duties involve coordinating Caleo Care's intensive structured outpatient care interventions in close collaboration with parents and our family residences. You should feel comfortable facilitating and leading team meetings in coordinated cases, supervising staff and family residences, writing monthly reports, being on-call as scheduled, and continuously conducting risk assessments and risk management in high-intensity cases.

We are looking for a person with personal experience in providing treatment interventions, but who will primarily handle the coordination of treatment interventions and be the main contact with social services throughout the process from start to finish. It is advantageous if you have worked with children and youth in 24-hour care/foster care.

What Are We Looking For?

· Social Worker, behavioral scientist, or equivalent higher education

· Treatment competence (Step 1 CBT is advantageous)

· Experience in working with child and youth work/family work for at least 2 years

· Class B driver's license

Someone who is confident and can guide and support others. The person we seek must be flexible, attentive, structured, clear, and responsible. Having a pedagogical approach towards clients and clients, and being solution-focused, is a big plus.

To thrive in the role, it is beneficial if you are good at building relationships and have strong collaboration skills. You also need to be comfortable communicating and handling stressful situations in a low-affect manner.

Presenting a valid extract from the police criminal and suspicion register is a prerequisite for employment and must be brought and shown at the interview.
