Personal Assistant Södermalm

We are seeking a flexible personal assistant who wants to work with an elderly woman in Södermalm with extensive and comprehensive care needs. The client prefers female assistants with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare and care, preferably in personal assistance and elderly care. You are welcome to live in Södermalm or the surrounding area, but this is not a requirement.

You will find a stimulating workplace with a large team where work is sometimes done together with another assistant, requiring social skills and the ability to collaborate with others. As a person, you are positive, meticulous, and attentive with great patience. It is also important that you enjoy working with people and that you can express yourself well in speech and writing, as the client has limited speech ability. Respect for the client's integrity and self-determination is your way of working. You are welcome to share the client's interest in art, culture, and plants.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the requirements, you must also provide two references from previous employers and an extract from the criminal record. Initially, this position is on an as-needed basis - for the summer, we need substitutes who can work up to full-time. We prefer that you are flexible and willing to work all types of shifts. Possibly opportunity for a fixed schedule in the fall.
