Summer Substitutes Sought

We are seeking dedicated summer substitutes for our wonderful assistant team in Bjärred.

Do you want to work in a meaningful role where you truly make a difference? We are now looking for female substitutes to join our work team with two women who are 24 and 26 years old, respectively.

Both women have physical and mental disabilities and are wheelchair users, which means they need assistance in all aspects of daily life. Your support enables them to live an active and fulfilling life.

We believe that you who apply:

• Are patient, engaged, and proactive
• Have a positive attitude and are passionate about helping others
• Enjoy collaborating in a team and contributing with ideas and energy
• Preferably have experience working with people with disabilities - but what matters most to us is your personal suitability and willingness to make a difference.

Your tasks will include, among others:

• Supporting the women in daily life with everything from meals, hygiene, and exercise
• Planning and participating in fun activities such as outings, walks, movie visits, or similar
• Contributing to a safe, fun, and stimulating environment where the women are always the focus and are involved

You never work alone as the women live together and both have active assistance around the clock, allowing you as a team to support each other and create wonderful moments together.

The working hours are varied and scheduled throughout all hours of the day. The need for substitutes exists year-round, which offers good opportunities for continued work in the future. Currently, the need is to find summer substitutes when regular staff are on vacation. But also work during evenings and weekends before then. With a high chance of permanent employment!

A driver's license and access to a car are not required but can simplify any commuting on your part.
