Personal Assistant for Girl in Malmö Summer/Temporary Substitute

We are now looking for Summer substitutes/Temporary substitutes for our client in Malmö. If the collaboration works well, there is the possibility of an extended position.

About Her

Our client is a young girl with severe autism and severe epilepsy. She does not communicate verbally, but instead uses body language, gestures, and reactions. She is a loving and cheerful girl who appreciates closeness and warmth, but always on her own terms. She is very determined and knows what she wants, which makes it especially important that you as an assistant are attentive and respectful.

About the Position

The work is carried out in the client's home where her family also lives. The position includes day and evening shifts, and you always work with dual assistance – meaning you are never alone in your assignment. Together with your colleague, you create a secure and predictable everyday life for her.

Requirements

• Previous experience with similar work, for example as a personal assistant, within LSS or disability care

• You must not have furry pets in your household – the client has a severe pet allergy and even small amounts of allergens can cause serious reactions

• You can work both day and evening shifts
