About the position

Perfect for you who want to work part-time, are studying, or supplementing your current job.

Great advantage if you live in Täby (near Täby C/Näsbydal)

# Mon-Fri every other week from 06:00 to 08:30

# You assist the assistance user with morning routines together with another experienced assistant.

# You have the opportunity to step in as a substitute as needed, both on weekends and weekdays

# If you like working on-call, that opportunity is also available every other week from 21:00 to 08:00 (not the same week as the morning shifts)

About the assignment and the assistance user

The service involves a calm pace, structure, and community, where the relationship between the assistance user and assistant is central. The man appreciates the small joys of everyday life and enjoys activities that bring both joy and security.

He particularly likes:

• Water and swimming

• Singing and music

• Outings

• Cooking from scratch

• Stretching and KP training

About the work

As a personal assistant, you are an important support in daily life, both practically and socially. The work is largely done with double staffing, which provides security and opportunities for good collaboration. There is plenty of room to build a fine work relationship and feel proud of the work you do. For many, this becomes more than just a job. It is a role that provides life experience, perspective, and a sense of contributing in a way that few other professions can offer.

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Swimming pool about 6 times per week

• Outings and other activities

• Varying working hours (always with double staffing)

o 13:30–21:00

o 21:00–08:00 (with waiting time)

Weekends 06:00-18:30 / 07:00-15:00 / 15:00-21:00

• Support in daily tasks that require some physical ability

• Consideration of allergies (egg and gluten)

We are looking for you who:

• Speak and understand Swedish fluently

• Are reliable, punctual, and cooperative

• Have experience with epilepsy (or are comfortable learning)

• Have a calm, empathetic, and respectful approach

• Have sufficient physical ability to support in certain tasks

• Enjoy work where relationship and continuity are important
