Description

We are now starting a new residential care home with 5 places for youth and are seeking dedicated treatment pedagogues who want to help build a safe, professional, and developmental operation from the ground up.

With us, you will become part of a team where engagement, clarity, and treatment alliance are central.

About Us

Hassela Skåne has been granted permission by the Inspectorate for Care and Support to start a residential care home in Arlöv for youth aged 14–19. The operation offers a safe and structured 24-hour stay with high staffing levels and available staff around the clock.

With roots in the Hassela movement and over 50 years of experience in change work, we combine proven Hassela pedagogy with modern, evidence-based methods. Our work is based on strong relationships, clear structure, and a high degree of participation – where each youth is given the conditions to develop responsibility, social skills, and a functioning everyday life.

Today, we conduct extensive outpatient care for children, youth, and young adults, as well as family treatment through our specialized family team. We also work with a successful substance abuse program for youth (M.A.P) and are responsible for drug testing on behalf of municipalities and social services. This broad competence gives us good conditions to meet complex needs and create cohesive care chains.

Treatment in the residential care operation is individually tailored and integrated into the youth's daily life through school, internships, or work, as well as structured activities that strengthen independence and future hope. In parallel, we actively work with networks and prepare for the time after placement to ensure long-term and sustainable results.
