About the organization

Änglagården Omsorg operates residential care facilities with a focus on mental health issues combined with substance abuse problems. We also work with clients covered by open psychiatric compulsory care (ÖPT/ÖLPT) and open forensic psychiatric care (ÖRV/ÖLRV).

The organization is characterized by a structured and evidence-based approach where safety, relationships, and long-term change are the focus.

We work with methods such as CBT with a focus on substance abuse, Relapse Prevention (ÅP), CRA, MI, and ESL.

About the role

As a treatment coordinator, you have overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and quality assurance of treatment interventions.

The role involves that you:

• conduct individual treatment sessions

• work with clients in psychiatry, substance abuse, and ÖPT/ÖRV

• guide and supervise staff in daily work

• are responsible for implementing methods such as CBT, ÅP, CRA, MI, and ESL

• ensure structure in documentation, implementation plans, and follow-up

• train and strengthen staff competence

• collaborate with psychiatry, social services, and other actors

You have a key role in creating quality, structure, and safety in treatment work.

We are looking for you who

• are educated as a social worker, behavioral scientist, social care worker, psychologist, or treatment pedagogue,

• have experience working with mental health issues and substance abuse

• have knowledge or experience working with ÖPT (ÖLPT) and ÖRV (ÖLRV)

• have competence in CBT and evidence-based methods

• have experience with ÅP, CRA, MI, and ESL (meritorious)

• are confident in holding conversations and working therapeutically

• have the ability to lead, supervise, and train staff

• work in a structured manner and have good documentation skills

Other requirements

• Class B driver's license

• Extract from criminal records
