DenBro Care is seeking staff for our children and youth residential home in Värends Nöbbele

A driver's license and access to a personal car are required to get to the workplace!
We will soon welcome another youth to our home and are therefore looking for more employees!
To fit in with us, you should have a big heart, good competence, and experience working with children and youth with disabilities!
You will work in our home in Värends Nöbbele. The position is 80-90% full-time, but we can be flexible based on your preference. The position starts as agreed.
There are 5 youths living in our home, but soon there will be 6. The youths who come to us need a lot of support, care, and attention. They need kind adults who can meet them with care, competence, playfulness, and warmth.
You who will work with us need to have some form of pedagogical or behavioral science education or care-giving education. We want you to have experience previously working with children and youth who are somatically ill and have physical and intellectual disabilities. We also want you to have good knowledge in LAB, TAKK, and AKK. You should be well-acquainted with various pedagogical supports and aids that can facilitate daily life for our youth. You should have experience documenting in social records and working with implementation plans.
Work hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.
The home is located on Almqvists Väg 15A in Värends Nöbbele, about 20 minutes outside Växjö. A driver's license is required to get to the workplace.
