Supervision and Development of Operations

Hela Människan is a non-profit Christian organization that works based on a holistic view of the individual. We meet people in vulnerable life situations with respect, dignity, and a strong focus on hope, participation, and change. Through our salutogenic approach, we see each individual's resources and possibilities.

With us, you will work with supervision of individuals who need support in work training and internships. The work involves following participants through the entire process – from introduction to follow-up and completion – with the goal of guiding them onward into working life. A major focus is also on participating in developing and driving our open operations, which meet people with various addiction issues.

Your work tasks:

• Supervise and support participants in work training and internships

• Plan, implement, and follow up on individual interventions

• Serve as a guiding link to working life

• Participate in Hela Människan's other operations

• Contribute to the development of our open operations for people in vulnerable life situations

• Work operationally in our open operations and Dela matbutik

Qualifications:

• Social pedagogue, pedagogue, social worker, occupational therapist, or other equivalent academic education

• Experience in similar work is meritorious and highly valued

• The position is full-time and is a permanent employment

• Location on-site in Gislaved
