Personal Assistant Wanted for Active Man in Rönninge

We are now seeking a personal assistant who wants to work as a substitute on an hourly basis with the possibility of transitioning to a fixed schedule after the probationary period. Shifts are scheduled for daytime, evening, and nighttime. During nighttime, the assistant works awake nights.

About the Client and Job Duties:

The client is an active man in his 50s and uses a wheelchair. He lives in an apartment in Salem. Enjoys swimming, sauna, walking, exercising, listening to music, and being out in the community. Due to his diagnosis of dysarthria, he has reduced speech ability. It is therefore important that you have a good foundation in the Swedish language.

As a personal assistant to the client, you will play a crucial role in his daily life. You will assist the client with daily activities, which include:

• Support with hygiene routines and dressing
• Cooking and cleaning
• Assisting with transfers and activities at home
• Help with communication
• Contributing to a safe and supportive environment

• You speak fluent Swedish
• That you are willing to take initiative
• Can provide good service
• You can cook
• You are thorough and self-sufficient
• You should be calm, stress-tolerant
• You should have patience and understanding
• Merit if you have a lifting license
