Hemnovia is now seeking an engaged youth therapist/family therapist on an hourly basis for our outpatient care services in Stenungsund and the surrounding area!

About the Assignment

The assignment as a youth therapist/family therapist involves close work with a child/youth in need of continuous practical and emotional support.

The assignment involves relationship-based work focusing on:

• Providing daily support and guidance to the child/youth in everyday life
• Spending time in the child's/youth's environments, such as school or with the family
• Maintaining close dialogue with parents
• Collaborating with family therapists and the commissioning body

Scope

The assignment involves work where the number of hours is regulated based on needs and development over time. The work is conducted both individually with the youth and in close collaboration with the family, commissioning body, and Hemnovia.

We Are Looking for You Who

• Are educated as a social worker, social educator, behavioral scientist, or have equivalent relevant education
• Have experience working with children/youth with neurodevelopmental disorders
• Are confident, clear, and relationship-building
• Can work independently and in a structured manner
• Are flexible and have the ability for continuous and frequent contact

Meritorious

• Experience in youth therapy/family therapy in outpatient care
• Experience with neurodevelopmental disorders
• Experience in motivational work (e.g., MI)
