About the Role

Lilja & Co sees an increased demand for our cleaning services and is therefore seeking more employees for our team.

We are now looking for an engaged Work Supervisor with Customer Responsibility within hotels who wants to be involved in developing the business, customer relationships, and our employees.

In this role, you are responsible for the daily operations and ensuring that the business delivers according to plan. You lead the work through planning, coordination, and follow-up of both employees and assignments. You will act as one of the company's contact persons and customer responsible. Therefore, you should have an interest in developing the organization, customer relationships, work processes, and your employees.

Job Duties

This role includes the following tasks, among others.

• Responsibility for daily operations
• Daily support to customers and employees
• Planning and scheduling
• Personnel responsibility, including recruitment and assignment of substitutes
• Customer responsibility and ongoing quality follow-up

We Are Looking for You

We are looking for you with leadership qualities who is used to juggling many tasks and has a desire to be involved in developing and creating engagement. You are a humble leader who does not hesitate to pitch in where needed. Experience in hotels or facility services is valued but not required. Furthermore, we believe you are service-oriented, attentive, and meticulous.

You are located at our customer's site in Luleå, where the operations are conducted.
