Team Leader for the Västerås Site – STG 3 AB

We are looking for a driven and experienced Team Leader for our operations at the site in Västerås. As a team leader, you have operational and coaching responsibility for a team working in a high-tech production environment. You will be an important part in ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in the daily work.

Your main responsibilities:

• Daily management, coaching, and motivation of your team (approx. 10–20 people)
• Planning, resource allocation, and follow-up of production goals
• Active work with safety, quality, and continuous improvements
• Recruitment, introduction, and competence development of employees
• Close collaboration with other team leaders, engineers, and site management
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture

We are looking for you who have:

• Previous experience as a team leader or work supervisor in manufacturing industry
• Good experience working in clean room and dry room environments (very important)
• Good technical understanding and interest in advanced production processes
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop people
• Experience in safety and quality work
• Good knowledge in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• B driver's license is advantageous

You are a present and hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a strong focus on safety and quality. You handle changes well and are skilled at building trust and driving the team forward.
