Your Tasks

As a sanitation technician, you have an important role in helping our customers return to a safe, clean, and functional environment after damages or other unforeseen events. You will, among other things, work with:

Demolition and sanitation after water and fire damage, also in connection with renovation and maintenance for construction companies, property owners, and insurance companies.

The role includes both customer contact and sales. You will gradually take on increasing responsibility for the depot's resource planning, quality assurance, and work routines – with the goal of developing to fully shoulder the role as depot responsible. The work is varied, practical, and suits you if you enjoy working both independently and in a team.

Profile

We are looking for you with several years of experience from demolition and/or sanitation who can independently plan your workday to make it as well-organized and efficient as possible. You also see demolition work as a preparatory measure for damage restoration/projects.

You are handy, self-sufficient, and structured, have a high sense of service and work ethic, positive energy, and thrive in a varied and physical work environment both independently and in a group.

It is important that you are communicative, respectful, and understanding in your customer interactions.

Qualifications

Driver's license B

Good knowledge of the Swedish language

Basic experience with the Office package.

Meritous if you already have a broad network within the construction and property industry and experience with resource planning and customer contact.
