About the Job

Ada Service Partner is a family-owned service company that since 1984 has been creating clean, safe, and pleasant environments for our customers. With over 300 employees, we deliver services in facility cleaning, property maintenance, window cleaning, construction cleaning, sanitation, and recycling.

We are now looking for an operations manager for our operations in Western Sweden.

About the Role

As an operations manager, you are responsible for a number of customer assignments. You lead the daily work, have personnel responsibility, and ensure that our services are delivered with the right quality.

You work closely with both employees and customers and play an important role in creating structure, a good work environment, and long-term customer relationships.

The position involves travel for work.

About the Assignments

As an operations manager, you are responsible for the delivery of our services within workplace services. Our assignments include, among others:

• Facility cleaning and floor care
• Window cleaning and construction cleaning
• Property service and janitorial services
• Office services such as coffee, water, fruit, and consumables
• Recycling and material handling

We work as a total supplier, which means you often are responsible for multiple services at the same customer and ensure that everything runs smoothly in daily operations.

Work Tasks

• Lead and distribute the daily work
• Plan staffing and schedules
• Be responsible for customer contact and follow-up
• Ensure quality in deliveries
• Introduce and develop employees
• Work on improvements and efficiency
• Follow up on results and finances

Qualifications

• Experience in work supervision within service, facility cleaning, or similar
• Experience in customer contact
• Good ability to plan and create structure
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Class B driver's license (required)
• Computer skills, preferably Office

Meritous:

• Education in SRY, PRYL, or INSTA 800
• Experience in a similar role
