Working Foreman for Rengörare Näslund

Rengörare Näslund AB is a cleaning company in Stockholm with operations focused on contract cleaning of commercial and public premises as well as private companies primarily in the Stockholm area and its surroundings.

We are now seeking a Working Foreman for our operations organization in ÖREBRO.

Tasks in addition to janitorial work

You are responsible among other things for:

- leading and controlling daily cleaning, on some premises you participate in janitorial work

- instructing new employees and substitutes and training staff in quality and environment

- performing quality controls and deviation reporting

- carrying out and controlling extra work

- assisting with startups

- key management

- ordering, receiving, and distributing cleaning materials

- orderliness in cleaning storage, maintenance of laundry rooms, and control of cleaning equipment

Your background:

- You should have documented industry experience

- You should have a B driving license

- You have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

- Leadership experience from the service industry

- You should have high school competence or equivalent

- Experience with administration work
