Cleaner Näslund AB is a cleaning company in Stockholm with operations focused on contract cleaning of commercial and public premises as well as private companies primarily in the Stockholm area and its surroundings.

We are now looking for a Working Foreman for our operations organization in Katrineholm.

Tasks in addition to janitorial work

You are responsible for, among other things:

- leading and controlling daily cleaning, at certain sites you participate in janitorial work

- instructing new hires and substitutes and training staff in quality and environment

- performing quality controls and deviation reporting

- carrying out and controlling extra tasks

- assisting with start-ups

- key management

- ordering, receiving, and distributing cleaning materials

- the order in cleaning storage rooms, maintenance of laundry rooms, and control of cleaning equipment

Your background:

- You must have documented industry experience

- You must have a B driver's license

- You have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

- Leadership experience from the service industry

- You must have high school competence or equivalent

- Experience with administrative work
