Operations Manager for Rengörare Näslund

Rengörare Näslund AB is a cleaning company in Stockholm with operations focused on contract cleaning of commercial and public premises as well as private businesses, primarily in the Stockholm area and its surroundings.

Rengörare Näslund was founded back in 1972 and has since developed into one of Sweden's leading cleaning companies.

We are now seeking an Operations Manager for our operations organization in Örebro.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for, among other things:

- Managing customer contact and quality

- Personnel responsibility for a number of cleaners and any foremen

- Result responsibility for designated sites

- Developing the business together with your employees

- Ongoing administration such as invoicing, payroll reporting, schedule planning, report preparation, and reporting back to relevant individuals, etc.

Your Background:

- You must have documented industry experience

- You must have a Class B driver's license

- You have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

- Leadership experience from the cleaning industry is a requirement

- Experience working with administration

Education:
