Cleaning Supervisor

About the Position

We are seeking a cleaning supervisor who wants to be part of developing our operations. You will have an important role in leading and distributing daily work as well as ensuring high quality in our assignments.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute work for cleaning staff
• Ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• Plan schedules and staffing
• Introduce and train new staff
• Maintain contact with customers and follow up on assignments
• Participate in operational work as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning work is advantageous
• Experience in work supervision is advantageous
• Good organizational skills
• Service-oriented and responsible
• Experience working in multilingual work environments is advantageous knowledge of Turkish is advantageous as parts of the staff speak the language.

Employment Conditions

• Full-time
• Salary according to agreement (market-based salary according to industry standard)
• Start according to agreement
