Your Main Responsibilities

• Provide individual support according to adaptations/interventions in the child's planning.
• Support in social interaction, structure, and communication (e.g., visual aids).
• Work with low-arousal and preventive approaches using clarifying pedagogy.
• Collaborate with preschool teachers and guardians and contribute to follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in preschool.
• Good ability to build relationships and work with low-arousal approaches.
• Confident in working based on action plans.
