We are an innovative school that opened its doors in the fall term of 2022 and has since grown and developed together with students and staff. Today, the school consists of approximately 310 students and 25 staff members.

Our school was started to enable our students to commit 100% to both their studies and their sports, a school based on high-quality education, training during school hours, where we work smart with elements of mental training.

We are now seeking an engaged study and career counselor for our compulsory school at 40%, starting on August 6, 2026.

As a study and career counselor with us, you work to guide students regarding future study and career choices, with a special focus on the transition to upper secondary school. You contribute to broadening students' perspectives and strengthening their self-awareness and motivation.

Job Duties:

• Individual and group guidance for students
• Information about upper secondary school choices and educational pathways
• Collaboration with teachers, student health services, and guardians
• Planning and implementation of guidance efforts and activities

Qualifications:

• Study and career counselor degree or equivalent
• Meritorious if you have experience with applications for students to upper secondary schools with sports education (NIU and RIG)
• Good communication and pedagogical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
