Snow Crystal's Children's Academy is an independent preschool, owned and led by two preschool teachers with extensive experience in the field. We started the preschool 16 years ago with a strong drive to develop a preschool of high quality, and in 2021 our preschool was awarded Örebro Municipality's Pedagogical Prize for preschools, which gave us recognition for our commitment and interest in preschool development.

At Snow Crystal's Children's Academy, every person's development is important, child as adult. We collectively gather experiences from our surroundings and share them with each other, we nurture and manage our relationships and build our preschool into a shared place for exploration and learning. We have together developed a vision and operational idea based on what our preschool should be, a developed holistic concept that we regularly reflect on, delve into, and update. We feel that our strength lies in our good organization, that we achieve our goals and guidelines, that we help each other and support one another. Our preschool is in constant development where we together create the best conditions for all children.

Snow Crystal's Children's Academy has space for 31-35 children distributed across two departments, but from autumn 2026 we will divide the children into three groups with smaller work teams. An exciting reorganization that we all look forward to with curiosity.

The preschool is located in the quiet residential area of Ormesta with proximity to beautiful nature and nice walking paths. Our team of 7-8 educators consists of experienced childminders, preschool teachers, Pedagogista, and principal. We purchase lunch from Basilikans kök, Norlandia preschools.

We are looking for you who:

· Are a licensed preschool teacher

· View the profession with curiosity and a willingness to develop the preschool's working methods

· Have an interest and want to work Reggio Emilia inspired.

· See relationships as the foundation for learning and want to contribute to a workplace where both children and adults develop

· Are positive, responsible, and engaged

· Are confident in your role as a preschool teacher

· Interact with guardians in a genuine and professional manner.

Your duties also include actively participating in various occurring meetings, conferences, study days, sharing responsibility for the development of indoor and outdoor environments, and conducting development discussions.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Experience and knowledge in aesthetic learning processes
