Algebra School is an independent school for grades F-9 with a profile in mathematics and Arabic. Our student-centered approach, where we place great importance on each student's individual development, allows us to create a safe and inclusive school environment. We believe that every student has unique abilities and work hard for them to reach their full potential.

We are now seeking a certified teacher in Social Studies subjects for grades 7-9 with qualifications in at least three of the subjects. Start in August 2026. You will be part of a dedicated and competent team where collaboration and pedagogical development are in focus.

Your responsibilities:

  • Plan, conduct, and evaluate teaching in Social Studies subjects for grades 7-9.
  • Develop teaching in line with the school's goals and governing documents, and adapt it to each student's needs and prerequisites.
  • Actively contribute to creating a safe and motivating learning environment where every student feels seen and heard.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, special education teachers, and school leadership to ensure students' development.
  • Participate in the school's joint development work and contribute to strengthening the school's pedagogical profile.

Qualifications:

  • Certified teacher with qualifications to teach Social Studies subjects.
  • Experience in teaching grades 7-9 is advantageous.
  • Good ability to work independently and in groups, with a solution-oriented and inclusive approach.
  • You are confident in your leadership, where you value student influence and use positive and clear communication in the classroom.
