About the Position

We are seeking an engaged and qualified teacher in technology and mathematics on a full-time basis, starting in August 2026.

In the role of a teacher with us, you are responsible for planning, conducting, and following up on teaching with high ambitions for quality, structure, and goal fulfillment. You are part of an active program team and are expected to participate in the school's systematic quality work.

The position also includes mentorship for a group of students, where you are an important adult figure in the students' school journey and a contact person for guardians.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified teacher with qualifications in technology and mathematics for upper secondary school.
• Have clear classroom leadership and the ability to create security, study peace, and engagement.
• Teach formatively, differentiated, and inclusively, with clear structure and high expectations.
• See student participation as a natural part of the learning process and build relationships with students with engagement and clarity.
• Are solution-focused, flexible, and without prestige in work together with colleagues.
• Have good digital competence, especially within learning platforms and AI-based tools for teaching, or want to actively develop these skills.
• Thrive in a development-oriented environment where everyone contributes to the school's common goals.
