About the Job
Do you want to help educate future assistant nurses with a health focus? We are now looking for an engaged and experienced care teacher who wants to contribute to giving our students a thorough and meaningful education and support their personal development.
About the Position
As a care teacher, you are responsible for planning, teaching, and assessment in care and nursing subjects. You will work both theoretically and practically with the participants, contributing to their development of the knowledge and skills required in the profession.
The education is in its initial stage, where an important part will be to build relationships with care institutions and supervisors for collaboration on internship placements.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
- have teacher training with a focus on care and nursing
- have professional experience as an assistant nurse or nurse
- have good pedagogical and relational skills and are confident in your leadership with an interest in working with adult education
- are responsible, flexible where you see solutions instead of getting stressed, secure, enjoy collaborating
- Folk high school teacher certification and experience of working at a folk high school are advantageous
- Nurse training is advantageous

Scope and Start Date
The position is 75-100% with a start date from August 10.

Post-secondary education of two years or longer within Pedagogy and teacher training
