Mimerskolan seeks substitute teacher in Math/Science

Mimerskolan is seeking a subject teacher in Math/Science for grades 4-6

Mimerskolan is an independent primary school (grades 4-9) operated as a non-profit, ideologically driven association without profit motives. The school is located in Haga, near the Norra berget outdoor recreation area. Our pedagogy is characterized by a flexible working approach that is thematically subject-integrated to provide students with the best possible conditions for learning from a holistic perspective. The school has two profiles; music and physical education and health. Our student groups are small with about 15 students per group. The school has good academic results and an engaged and skilled staff group.

We are looking for you who is a certified teacher, qualified in Math/Science, for grades 4-6. We also welcome you who is completing your teaching degree this year to apply for the substitute position. As an educator and colleague, you have a solution-oriented approach, enjoy collaboration, and always place the student and student learning at the center. You have strong pedagogical leadership. You like to collaborate across subject and grade boundaries, are happy to share your knowledge, and see the advantage of the smaller workplace's proximity to decisions and engagement.
