Substitute childcare worker

Substitute childcare worker for a small, nature-based preschool in the countryside in Munktorp.

We are a small preschool run by Munktorp Rural Cooperative with approximately 25 children aged 1-6 years.

Here, staff and guardians work together to create a safe, creative, and educational environment for the children. We are proud of our operation, which is largely conducted in our fantastic outdoor setting. The forest, meadows, and farm are our playground and learning environment year-round. We also invest in good and nutritious food prepared from scratch by our cook. The scent of freshly baked bread and freshly cooked food is a natural part of our daily life.

About the position

The position is a substitute role from May 1st to December 31st with the possibility of extension. The employment rate is approximately 75% currently. The position is part of our sick leave rotation, meaning you have a basic schedule but must be prepared to change working hours and tasks as needed with short notice. Working hours can vary between 6:15 AM and 6:30 PM. We are affiliated with Fremia with a collective agreement.
